Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop Series
Aligned with the four Seasons
Immerse yourself in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and experience, how seasonally aligned nutrition can sustainably support the body, mind, and digestion.
In this four-part Ayurvedic cooking series, I will guide you as an Ayurvedic Doctor through spring, summer, autumn, and winter. You will learn how to cook and eat according to Ayurvedic principles in harmony with seasonal and daily rhythms, and how simple, practical recipes can bring greater balance, energy, and well-being into everyday life.
Over the course of the year, you will learn to consciously use appropriate herbs, spices, and preparation methods, gradually developing a deeper and more refined awareness of your individual, constitution-based nutrition.
The workshops combine well-founded Ayurvedic knowledge with hands-on practice, enjoyment, and meaningful exchange in a small, personal group.
The workshops can be booked individually or as a complete annual program.
Why seasonal Ayurvedic Nutrition?
In Ayurveda, the seasons play a central role.
